How we work
We start with the address
We look at the location before the building. Ginza 7-chome and 1-chome, Jinnan, Wakinohama: each within walking distance of a station, in a neighbourhood where the everyday is already on foot. Every address is on its property page, with the walk times measured.
We hold
Our registered business is the ownership and operation of real estate. We hold and run four buildings, in Tokyo and Osaka.
We operate them ourselves
Ownership and operation are not separated here. Letting, furnishing and the day-to-day are ours. A resident's problem reaches us directly rather than travelling through a chain of managing agents.
